Manchester United reaches agreement with Chelsea for Andrey Santos

Manchester United has reached a £50 million agreement with Chelsea to sign midfielder Andrey Santos, a strategic move aimed at addressing their midfield issues.

Manchester United has officially agreed to sign midfielder Andrey Santos from their major rival, Chelsea. This signing is considered crucial to the club’s transfer strategy, particularly following failed attempts to secure other key targets such as Sandro Tonali and Aurélien Tchouameni.

Manchester United will pay a fixed fee of £48 million, plus £2 million in performance-related add-ons a figure considered easily attainable. Notably, Chelsea has also included a clause entitling them to 10% of any future sale of the 22-year-old midfielder by the Red Devils. Personal terms were quickly agreed upon, and the Brazilian player has already been cleared to undergo a medical examination.
